Project overview
Ecolab is a bilingual, local-first workspace for learning and testing an E. coli population model. Users can run antibiotic-exposure simulations in Learn / Sandbox, then inspect a Research Workspace with OD600 data-quality checks, parameter fitting, uncertainty and sensitivity analysis, and locked held-out evaluation. Its key result is honest reproducible analysis: the bundled 528-observation case reaches L3 data calibration but preserves the negative validation result and clearly states that it is not clinical advice.
